CLIENT PORTAL REDESIGN

Dôvera, a health insurance company, was celebrating its 30th anniversary. They chose to mark the occasion with their largest-ever rebrand and redesign, which included overhauling their extensive online client portals for patients, doctors, suppliers, and the entire supply chain.

This proved to be my biggest challenge yet, as I worked alongside their internal UX team to update thousands of screens to the new layout and design system.

I have been working with Dôvera since 2013, redefining their legacy website system into a persona-oriented platform that remains in use to this day. In addition, I contributed to building their first mobile app, the online ID health card, and completed many other tasks. Throughout this journey, I have witnessed their unwavering focus on helping people, digitalizing healthcare, and an exceptional in-house UX & CX team whose passionate employees truly stand out.
